I'm trying to organise a carp fishing trip to France at Easter next year, but haven't been before and any advice would be helpful. There will be three of us in total but due to other commitments we can pro baby only go for about 4 days (Easter weekend maybe?). I've looked on the net and holidays advertising anything less than a week seem few and far between. I'm looking for a full package with tackle hire (rods, bivvy etc), food and airport pickups available.
With it being earlier in the season, am I right in thinking the south of France would be better because the water will be warmer? Also, with there being three of us, what would happen with swims? Most lakes only advertise double or singles, but can three share? Otherwise one of us is going to have to go fish on their own, which obviously isn't ideal. I've found Etang du Soleil which looks pretty good for short breaks. Anyone been/heard anyhing about this place? Thanks in advance
