im fishing the first pond on tuesday never fished it b4 so any advise on bait n tactics would be great as im goin with group of mates so need to do well as it will turn into a comp

Fish a top 2 at the end of your peg on pellet, paste, corn for the carp. Put plenty of feed in, the more the better worked for me couple of weeks ago. Ran out of bait, first time in over 40 years but had a bag full of big fish. Pegged on the bank backing onto swan small pond.
