i've got a match in two weeks at messingham tripp lake.I've never been before can anyone help with bait bans and best methods please.

fishery only pellets but fish worm/caster over the first shelf for a bite a chuck, soft pellet for skimmers

Cheers carlos do you have to use the fisherys hook pellets as well and is the fishery mainly carp or do you get a mixed bag ?

yes, you have to use fisheries hook pellets from the aquatic centre just passed the golf course and a great breakfast for £5
