whins pond is in penrith and is an alrite place to fish . the coarse section of the water is about 8 acre and has a mix of fish in such as . tench , bream , carp , roach , perch , eels ,rudd . i have only fished it once on a feeder i had afew roach and skimmers on bread flake and corn same goes with my mate only he had a absolouty perfect 6 lb common carp on bread flake .
this water is well worth a visit .
