The last time I went fishing the inner leg of my Preston Innovations Pole roller fell out and I didn't notice, till yesterday at the Fur & Feather. So this morning I phoned Preston Innovations and told them what had happened. I got told they don't deal with the public but they would put me through to their parts department. Result one new leg on its way to me free of charge, they aren't even charging P&P. So top marks to them. ;D ;D ;D

Buy some leg savers, (little rubber rings that you slide down your legs to stop the falling off when your carrying it) saved my legs a few times

Or you could just wrap the top of the leg with a few turns of electrical tape. BOF

Oh yes its the pole roller leg you lost. Ok, since the roller isn't required to take a lot of weight, you could always put a keeper pin in. Start by cutting a slot up each inner leg, up to within an inch of the top, then drill a hole through the outer part of the roller leg. Then, finally assemble the two parts of the leg together, and slip a split pin through the holes. Or you could just take the legs out when you put the roller away, and put them in your umbrella pocket of your Holdall. ;D BOF
