I do believe it is being beamed to the UK via Premier Sports.
Watch it because NSW (The Blues) need to win to stay in the series.
The captain of NSW, Paul Gallon, will be retiring at the end of the series and so will the best forward in the game, Corey Parker, for Qld.
It is on tonight, well...tomorrow morning for you blokes and will be a blockbuster.
Cheers, Bobj.

Don't have Premier Sports - but game has been put on YouTube so will watch it tonight when grandson has gone home. Too easy for Queensland again - Paul Gallen retiring may well benefit the blues next year, he hasn't been much of a captain or leader of NSW. Just wish that we could have rugby league as intense as Origin over on this site of the world. How are the aussies taking the hammering that England are dishing out in the other code Bob? Looking forward to Saturday morning to see them make it 3 - nil.

Looking forward to Saturday morning to see them make it 3 - nil. Not too many like rah rah. AFL, or NRL are the main codes, and soccer for the Melbourne/Sydney people, mainly the Europeans, Greeks, Italians, Yugoslavs, etc. Paul Gallen is only there because he is with the 'old group', Laurie Daley and a few NSW selectors. Cheers, Bobj.

Been somewhat disappointed with the quality of the NRL this season to date - but Origin never fails to deliver outstanding entertainment. Just wish Sky Sports still had the TV rights to show this. They waste too much of subscriber's money on womens sport - and that is pathetic! Having seen the first two Origins this year I can only see another 3 - nil coming up in three weeks and Queensland dominating for a good few years yet. Cheers mate.

Watching the game tonight Bobj? If Billy Slater plays I think Queensland will come away with another series win. But NSW are a far better outfit now that Gallen has gone. Gonna be a cracker!

First two games on Premier Sports - Sky channel 428 - on freeview at the moment. Anyone who wants to see the most intense Rugby League available should tune in. It's awesome. Best thing to come out of Oz since Castlemaine XXXX and Holly Vallance!

That was one of the best games and quite free of the blunders both teams made in the first game. (61 missed tackles in the first half).Billy played a 'blinder'. He is possibly the best in the game at attack and defence. A great pity that JT wasn't playing, at least he went out on a high note. And, have to agree about Paul Gallen.

what a superb performance from the maroons and in particular cameron munster.that melbourne 'spine' of slater cronk and smith along with thurston is the reason why queensland have won so many past series.even though jt didn't play yesterday in comes another classy melbourne youngster who had a blinder on debut. As for new south wales they should put james roberts in the centres next season and have matt moylan in the halves in my opinion.nonetheless i enjoyed the series and look forward to next year. forgot to mention the trbojevic brothers who are a must be certain starters also.

Some good words there, Chubs...BUT...Don't go and give the cockroaches any ideas...there's a good lad. One thing that makes the canetoads good, is tikker, team spirit, playing to win...

Agree. Slater and Cameron Smith are the heartbeat of the maroons. And some clinical finishing by sweet Valentine!

Rugby league...Got me thinking of watching the Australians playing Castleford at Cass, 1948. Can't remember the game, but vividly remember getting the autographs of Arthur Clues, Ken and Jos Pye. BTW, I was aged 7 (lived in Glasshoughton, then). Good memories, you blokes.

1st Origin of the year tomorrow, and even better - it is back on Sky Sports. With a lot of the Queensland superstars having retired from rep rugby and Slater injured it should be a very interesting series this season. Not back at work until Thursday, so really looking forward to the game.

yes me too brid.NSW coach fittler has gone with form players this time and that backline has class and speed.putting penrith team mates maloney and cleary at 6 and 7 makes perfect sense and queensland look like they've got a real job on their hands if they all gel.Kaylin ponga should have been picked to start at fullback for the maroons in my opinion as the kid is class but we'll see.should be a cracker.

Maroons to win the series. Not too sure of Game 1, as the “big guns” are out and the apprentices need a game under their belts. Bit sad that Morgan is No. 1 instead of No. 6.
Maybe a bit of biff, tonight?

51 missed tackles by the Maroons! A very average game in comparison to previous S of O. games.

Agree Bob. Very average match. Can't really see the Maroons winning the next two. The NSW youngsters showed a lot more than Queensland. Cleary looks to be a star of the future.

There was a great deal of criticism by the media, levelled at the very poor showing of the referees and linesmen, notably the forward passes and blindness of the refs to ball stripping. Must say that I do agree.
As you say, Brid, Nathan Cleary is a future champion, as was his father, Ivan Cleary.

Game 2 on Sunday morning, followed by England vs Panama, followed by 12 hour nightshift. Still, happen two out of three ain't bad.
