Does anyone know how much day tickets are on the River Trent over by Trentfield Farm, Laneham? I went there with a local junior fishing club many years ago and it was a great place to fish But I've never been back since. I emailed Trentfield Farm who said it was free fishing if I was camping but never gave me a price on individual day tickets and I can't seem to get a reply from them now. (Perhaps I ask too many questions ) Also has anyone been fishing there recently, How's it fishing

Don't know about turning up and getting a day ticket as I've always understood it has been for Campers staying on the site, (therefore it should be whatever the site fee costs for the day). However it must be 8 years at least since I last spoke to anyone who camped down there, so my info is WAY past its sell by date. Sorry! For what its worth I usually fish at Dunham, which has been patchy this season to say the least, and that is only just above Laneham, so good luck with the match. BOF

Had a quick blast at a spot just half a mile south of trentfield farm and nobody turned up for tickets so I've no idea if it's on ticket or not. Stick float 1-1/2 to 2 rod lengths out and a bite a chuck Nothing special just roach mainly with a few skimmers and a few other bits but all in all a good day. I'll have to give it a try down at Dunham, Is that day ticket or any free stretches knocking about?

The left bank (facing downstream) is d.t. on the bank. Pull right into the field (approaching from the A1 side) just above the bridge and park on the bank, the bailiff will be along eventually. BOF
