If your wanting chub u need to be lower down, Huddersfield downwards really, but ideally mirfield downwards. Dewsbury down to Wakefield is your best chance. Worth Investing in a club book for a few decent stretches.

Mirfield ac gives you some good stretches, gives you ledgard bridge at mirfield, the ship inn at mirfield , calderbank road at Dewsbury, sands lane at Dewsbury, healey mills at osset and then a bit further afield altofts at Wakefield. They also have a nice stillwater at cooper bridge and all the hudds broad canal. 25quid for the year, a bargain in my eyes, itl cost you that for a couple of hours in the pub.
