bit of a tip ,if your fishing there this weekend ,for the catfish martin.......close the bail arm BEFORE you wind down and hit it lol. hopefully there should be a few pics with a few moggies gracing the unhooking mat

PAC= Pike Angling Club.
we have a club outing and have longlake booked matey for the cats also friday till sunday.You after cats or carp?

well we did want to go on longlake but it was booked up. heard its fishing well at the moment after the cats mostly but will have a carp rod out  |

one small kitten on first day and missed two good runs. Carp were busy spawning crashing everywhere and the a few catfish that did come out(5cats 0 carp in total on entire lake) had marks on flanks so seems they had other things on their mind. looks like you got the better lake on the day matey. I was freezing on both nightsand cooking during day..  |

there was 3 of us fishing pegs 1,2,3 I had 2 cats from peg 2 mate had another from 1. also a few carp between us.
what peg was u on on longlake? didn't look too many people on
