Hey guys, I've joined this forum to hopefully get some info/ideas on the best places/tactics to fish the carp waters in & around doncaster.
ive been fishing for as long as I can remember & I fish a few different ways from trotting on a river with a centrepin, dead baiting for pike & more recently I'm in the process of updating my gear so I can fish for carp so any advice is appreciated.
ive fished a few plaes for carp so far & have caught but I'm looking to find somewhere where I can go regularlly & enjoy a nice days fishing & hopefully hook into a monster of a carp.

Go to lindholme mate where fishomainia is held,, yes it's a commercial but like no other I've ever been to carp to over 20lbs and the average is 8lb-10lb also a monster catfish or 2 up for grabs, Great way to practice the carp skills, Way to fish it easy 5 pints a mixed size pellets in the margin leave for 2 hour, Then fish out to island on method feeder, bag up Then return to your pellet mound, boom fish a chuck, Had a 15lb koi from that joint awesome awesome place,,,,
Fish it rite and claim 150lb to 200lb a carp no bother,,,,
