This is a lake that has caught my interest lately, largely because i drive straight past it on the M1 many times but somewhere that seems to have little information on it and doesn't existing in the venue pages. I don't think i can do the dates for the match but would be interested to know a bit more about the set up and lakes there

Hi Ian, Were the other lakes the first ones you would come too. Did a google street view and they looked badly over grown but there appeared to be better lakes behind them further from the entrance. I may have to get a session on there sometime soon

The ones furthest from the entrance are the lakes Ben and Lee. The first lake with the island used to be a good fishery until the floods a few years ago. Used to take my dad and son there as they both enjoyed it. In the floods alot of the fish swam off under the bridge right down to the calder. Ben and Lee are newer lakes, not to my liking but popular all the same.
