Thanks Daz,

I know a minority quibble about rod license fees so you may be interested to know that the EA are asking for ideas to support fishery projects with the aid of money raised from licenses
So if you know of a good project drop them a line and let them know.
This is your chance for input.

just a reply from enviroment agency, i just commented how the new licenses looked cheap,

I don't think we really need a nice looking or a hard plastic licence, my licence was put in the car on date of purchase and I haven't looked at it since, it is just money down the drain when they are binned every year, if they brought in a renewable licence then it would make sense to go with a proper CC style.
