i go to lincoln ever 2 weeks now too see mmy new missus and was wondering anyone got any info on the canal that runs through lincoln? and how much it is to fish if anything?

is it the fossdyke? if so fished a few matches on it years back, very hard going in winter but was told there plenty to be caught in warmer months. also some good bags of bream from certain areas

its going back like 16 years but if you go up the river past the universerty just before the golf think it was a warehouse theres a drain that was the best place to fish. or just pass the golf the river would go in to two thats a good place and was a good place to swim in too.
