Due to redundancy 2 places have become available for a 96 hr carping session at Rookery Meadow in the Evesham area of the Cotswolds.
The fishery is a small, well stocked water which is expertly managed.
The swims are comfortable and well thought out with plenty of areas to fish without intruding on other anglers. The pond has been booked exclusively for the 4 days from Sunday noon 16th October to Thursday noon 20th October and this is for 5 anglers. It is currently fishing very well after a recent second spawning and the bank holiday weekend saw 22 fish come out followed by 12 mid week and 6 up to Saturday teatime. The fishery contains Teens , Twenties and a smattering of 30s and all the fish are in tip top condition. www.rookerymeadowcarpfishery.co.uk/the-fish
The other anglers going at present are myself and 2 of my fishing friends, who I have fished with for a number of years. They are both keen dedicated carp and cat anglers who are currently out fishing on the Ebro and Mequenenza. However they are not too keen that they don`t enjoy a bit of the social side and banter.
We took a none returnable deposit from the two who have to back out and this deposit will be shared out equally in the costings of all who go on the session.
