Just got back from a week at Tetford country Cottages in lincolnshire,,What an exellent retreat this place is to get away from the hussle/Bussle of a busy lifestyle, situated between Louth and Horncastle this idilic little village setting offers two pubs a couple of shops and the cottages which are set in side a 9 acre site with a two and a half acre lake, came for the first time last year had a great time, this time was no different, The owners would sooner call this a holiday resort with a fishing lake as a added attraction, but it is I suspect mainly its fishermen and families that come (on a reguler basis) plenty of room as the Lake only has residents of the camp allowed to fish it, the lake is not stocked to commercial levels but a good days fishing has been had every time I have fished it,(photo's enclosed.) www.tetfordcountrycottages.co.uk/TCCnews.htmlAs those who know me know I spend most of my fishing on silvers waters so on holiday I tend to go for the Carp, but a lot of fine Bream Rudd and Roach with the odd Tench came out in my persuit of the larger fish (which were between 10/17lbs, I had about 18 out this week inbetween taking my wife out
