Well, it sounds like the Messiah has returned listening to all the geordies. I think they need a touch of realism to strike home.
Not sure myself it is such a good thing, never known a manager to do any good going back.

Kezzer, The reason he did not ever face the camera was because of the BBC enquiry into football bungs etc etc. Him and his son were shall we say implicated, cos his son is a football agent and he told the BBC what to go and do with themselves !! Never appeared on the BBC after that.
I think Keegan will do OK, but we will see !!!!!

I delivered in Newcastle for 9 years from 1988 to 1997 and those geordies are fanatical when it comes to football.I remember the first time he was there.Nice attacking football but inept at the back. The place will be buzzing and don't forget the owner is loaded so attracting better defenders won't be a problem especially now Keegan is back. My prediction. Newcastle to finish 8th this season
Steve.

My prediction. Newcastle to finish 8th this season Steve. You must be joking mate. Man u, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, Man City, Portsmouth, Blackburn. Newcastle dont have the strength or hunger to overtake those 8. Kevin Keegan is becoming more and more eccentric by the interview, talking the other day about how Michael Owen deserves to be in the England team for next months friendly. On what merit? KK does not have what it takes to turn newcastle into a top 8 team this season. He may have the cash now but he's already said there's no rush for players in the january transfer window. Even if they get Chimbonda...so?? It annoys me when people laud managers as saviours. Look at what happened with Allardice.
