Havent fished Foulridge for at least a couple of years now, but Silverfox had some good results some time back. Perhaps he will be along soon, and bring you up to date. BOF

looked on multi map is it the upper or lower res that you can fish?
i know its a res but how are the banks and how far is it to walk from the car park?
i put my back out last week and cant walk very far with the tackle at the moment, but fancy a go at this place before it gets too cold. looks like a very exposed place that prob gets very cold, in winter!!

Its lower Foulridge ???its right next to the main road, didnt even know there was an upper one, theres a res up the road called Whitemoor, but this is Trout Fishing. It is a walk to the pegs Im afraid, you park at the back of the dam wall, cross a narrow bridge and up the back of the dam wall, could be 10 mins to the pegs I normally fish and at least one breather on the way. Sorry just looked on the map it looks like it is the upper one its on your right as you head thru Foulridge on the Colne road. Methodman- The banks are fine, but the walk is a struggle with a mountain of gear. messer

I know all about bad backs, just been for an mri scan on mine Im in a bad way with it too. Dont bother carting a pole, float rod or anything like that to the bank its a proper feeder venue. ;D
