Hi lewis ive fished blyton regular for the last few years if you draw on pond a you want the peg on a little bridge i forget the exact number but if you do draw that peg fish cat meat over pellets tight to the bridge but beaware use heavy tackle or you will get smashed to bits, if you draw in pond b same again cat meat down gutter or chopped worm and castor will work for mixed bags also dabbing dog biscuit if right weather but you should catch and the breakfast there is awesome good luck matey ;D ;D ;D ;D

This place is great!
Stayed for a long weekend in one of their B and B chalets. The owners are really friendly, and so are all the regulars.
The fishing was brilliant, there is so much variety. I had carp upto 9 pound, along with tench, goldfish, bream, roach, barbel, and koi. Best bait was catfood, fished over pellets in the margins.
I would highly recommend this place.

Fished pond A on Thursday and blanked - only saw one guy catch all day.
Fished pond D at dawn today. Much more action - there's some enormous carp and koi in there. Got 7 bites on luncheon meat - all of which threw the hook after a short fight (any tips? I'm using kasman b911 hooks, and I was on a size 14).
Eventually managed to land a fairly small Barbel, I'd guess at 4lbish. Still, I was chuffed, first ever coarse fish, was grinning ear to ear!
Would have been an even better day if I'd landing the other 7!!
Great venue too, will be going bank soon.
