If you have not been to this venue, you do not know what you are missing. 
Owned by Maver, it has 3 lakes. A match lake (silvers, F1's etc) a float only lake (mixed fishing including some nice low double carp) and a specimen lake with carp to well over 20, a huge head of bream, tench etc etc.
My eldest son and I went in September and can't wait to go back. Fishing flake/crust on a long tail (5 - 6ft) and a cage feeder of punch crumb or liquidised bread we had well over 300lb between us in the day. With individual fish to over 22lb.
Some match guys were catching on the pole down the bottom end - 20's elastic with paste. They have a lot more bottle than I do. Stopping some of them carp with a heavy feeder rod and 8lb braid was hard enough.
If I can find my pics I will post them.
Car park, cafe and a bloke will take you and your tackle to your peg on a quad and trailer for a quid each way!!
Stayed in Bewdley, about 10 mins away in pub £25/night B&B. Basic but clean.
