fished it at the end of July when it was in flood, came up 5 feet over night nightmare,anyone know if its back to normal level yet?

Fished it last weekend pretty much back to normal level, fished it few weeks previous and it was around 3 feet up . Fairly slow going though in swims which normally produce. Two of us fished the night for 5 Barbel best 8.5lb, handful of Chub.
