Would have been nice for the site to have arranged an event around this and formally register it with the organisation.. LINK for web page/full details. There are a few events planned around yorkshire for anyone looking to go, click LINK for list/details. Pool Bridge Farm seem to have weekly events mainly around teaching/coaching for young anglers, full details LINK all for free and bait/tackle provided

You were, you failed, you quit There are definitely openings in the team and we know from experience of just coping with 2 admin and 8 mods but needing them and suitably filling them are 2 different things

You were, you failed, you quit There are definitely openings in the team and we know from experience of just coping with 2 admin and 8 mods but needing them and suitably filling them are 2 different things I left because i was told i had over stepped the mark when i tried to "Organize" something that someone else decided they wanted to do, and if i didn't the other person would have jacked the site in (which they have done anyway) and the rest of the members would lose a good match organizer. So rather than step on anymore toes trying to do things i left the mod section. it was as simple as that regards Malc.

Indeed it would have been good to potentially organise something for this, but only receiving the email last night did not really give us much time.....

It was advertised nationally early this year to give people time to organise events etc.and to be fair we (Yorkshire fishing ) do not have the licensed coaches or the appropriate public liability insurance to put on events ourselves,at best we could only advertise other peoples events or hire in other clubs coaches to cover the legal side of it,if you could find any that are not fully booked up.

Were there's a will there's a way Phil, exactly same with the Children's Hospice events we successfully arranged, not many thought we would get kids out of a hospice and on to the bank but we did .... Nothing we can do not knowing about it but definitely one to think about for next year
