If you are down that bit of France,[ Amboise]this river has a lot going for it. Bog standard float fishing ,chub,barbel ,dace,gudgeon,perch,bleak,roach, bream and skimmers.
Jnr fished the tip and pole, Bream,skimmers,barbel etc. The tip not as good.
Lot of mullet ,even though you are 300km from the sea.
Restaurants,campsites,gites and cave de vin . all in immeadiate area.
