Nope it's not a new range of toasted sarny's but a referal to the question , if you drop a slice of toast why does it land buttered side down. My question is when taking a pinkie or even a maggot from the tub (without looking) why do they come out pointed end first, i mean its hard enough for me to see the little beggers going onto the hook without having to turn them around first. daz

The toast always seems to end up buttered side down because it usually starts buttered side up, and flips once in flight. Maggots come up pointy end first 'cause we grab the first thing that hits our stubby fingers. Which is usually the thick end, as the thin end is trying to burrow into the pile of other maggots, which in nature is on the top of whatever the eggs where originally laid on ie food. BOF .
