I went to Tyram hall fisheries saturday, took my little bro for a days fishing, when we got there, the guy in the shop was brilliant, suggested where to go to ensure my brother caught something, so baught the tickets, went to the spot he said...using maggot, sweetcorn, bread, luncheon meat and boiley. I myself had quite a few bites on the feeder on maggot...nothing on anything else, ended up with 2 tench about 2lb and 1 breem about 1/2lb my brother was trying absolutly everything to catch something, and he didn't even get 1 bite till the last half an hour before we had to go, when i sat him next to me on double red maggot on peg 40 of the match pond...fishing about 1ft deep in the edge, and he had 2 bites...all day
i HAD heard this place was usually good? (correct or not?) but overall i wasn't very pleased when i left with spending £10 for 2 tench n a breem...and my brother not getting anything
if anybody has got some tips for fishing here, i would LOVE to hear them...
I've been once and sleapt all day un interupted, i went for a walk half way through the day and met a guy who had been over night and had one fish...i've heard though that the syndicate lake is awesome.
won a club match on here a couple of weeks back with over 40lb fishing expander pellet in the margins but a lot of the others struggled but i also had about 100lb while practicing a few days earlier so it was not a fluke so try expanders in the margins but stick at it as it takes a while to get them going but once they are there it will be one a chuck
groundbait, boilies, meat, worm, sweetcorn, bread, maggots... absolutly everything on match pond peg 40...in margins, far away....alll over the place.....there from about 1pm till about 8pm and had 1 bit n got a tench
